Hi Bill, I'm a sinusitis sufferer too and I sympathise with you. I had a sinus operation 18 years ago and I feel that it was useless, just caused alot of pain afterwards. I have found the best thing that helps me is to avoid dairy products of all kinds. I find that on the odd occasion when I succumb and have say yoghurt or ice cream, I really suffer the next day. I also live in Australia. I live in Victoria in one of the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Since, I have moved here, I also suffer from asthma and hayfever.
