Tou need to see adentist who specializes in TMJ. I suffered needlessly for several years. I was treated by a Dr. Edwin Earnest who moved to Atlanta, GA to be by an international airport because he had so many patients flying in from around the world. You can probably find a good dentist who specializes in TMJ near your hometown. I wore a mouthpiece at night and took anti-inflammatory medicine. This treatment worked for me. Good luck.
