My girlfriend has a severe case of hypoglycemia. I am pretty knowledgeable about medicine, conventional & alternative. However, I am new to the world of reactive hypoglycemia, I have read a lot about it though. I have now come across this "syndrome x". My question: Is syndome x the same thing as reactive hypoglycemia? All answers are appreciated as I desperately want to help her. Thank you in advance and feel free to e-mail me. Joseph
