I have pvns too. I've had 3 surgeries and am not facing a fourth. According to my doctor, doctors do not know what to do with people with pvns. He said some try radiation but there is no guarantee that it will work. And in my case, it is out of the question because I've had varicose vein surgery and a knee replacement.
