I also have had troble with flutters since about 97 and Im 25 years old. In 97 my heart stared fluttering and it would not stop and I went to the er. It was beating 210 times a minite. They like to never got it to stop. Referred me to go to a heart doctor and I did. He misdionosed me did a stupid surgery that could have killed me. I put it off for a couple of years until it started to be a everyday thing. My new heart doctor told me that I had MitroValve Prolapse and put me on blood thinners witch made me feel like hell. After a couple of months I was told that I had a brain disease and had to have brain surgery. Now after the brain surgery I hardly ever have flutterings. Only when I get mad,drink or eat alote of caffine or have been drinking. So who really knows? Ive learnt that medicine is based on a opinion only!!!! My advice is to go to a heart doctor, {a good one} and get a second opinion also. Dont let this go because it can be dangerous. Feel free to e-mail me for any more questions or concerns. Good Luck!!!!
