Hi Ida, I am glad you are managing at a dose of 7mg on the dreaded Prednisone. That's not too high a dose. I am now on 11mg and not doing well. I have a lot of pain in my joints, especially my fingers and knees. The Orencia doesn't seem to be working. I am discouraged. I was doing better on Enbrel, but I was on 12mg of Prednisone. I am beginning to think I'll never get off of Prednisone. I hope you are doing better now, and I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving! Take good care, Ida. Shar
